1. How to Initiate a Return

Log in to your account and go to "My Orders" in your dashboard.
Select the order and item you wish to return and click "Request Return".
Provide photos of the item and packaging (required for damaged/defective claims).
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send further instructions.
Alternatively, email us at shop@ajantabypimpare.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Shipping

For damaged or defective items, we will arrange a free pickup from your address.
For other return reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
Please pack the item securely in its original packaging before the courier pickup.
Items must be returned to our facility in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet).
COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer — please provide your bank details when requesting a refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for apparel items in case of size or colour discrepancies.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
To request an exchange, follow the same return initiation process and mention "Exchange" in your reason.
The replacement item will be shipped within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and item immediately upon receipt.
Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing shop@ajantabypimpare.com.
Include your order number, clear photos of the damage, and a brief description.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
