We ship across India via Shiprocket. Every piece is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you safely.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once the order is placed.
A separate shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We ship Pan-India using Shiprocket, which aggregates multiple trusted courier services.
Standard domestic delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.) typically receive orders within 3–5 business days.
Remote areas or Tier-3 cities may take up to 10–14 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
Free shipping may be applicable on select orders or during promotional periods.
The exact shipping cost will always be displayed before payment confirmation.

Paintings and art prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and placed in rigid, protective packaging.
Apparel and souvenirs are packed in branded packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Fragile items are double-boxed with cushioning material to ensure safe delivery.
We take every precaution to ensure that the artwork reaches you in pristine condition.

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will attempt re-delivery on the next business day.
After 2–3 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges will apply.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and item immediately.
Report damaged or lost shipments to us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
We will coordinate with the courier partner and initiate a replacement or refund as appropriate.
